Made-to-Order Timeline

All KKETASTROPHE designs are made-to-order. Due to the handcrafted nature of our creations, please allow 4–6 weeks before shipment.

Worldwide Express Shipping

KKETASTROPHE offers complimentary worldwide express shipping on all orders.

Once your piece has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and delivery details.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your tracking number.

Delivery Times

Express delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Please note that delivery timelines begin once your order has shipped, not from the date of purchase.

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure a smooth delivery experience, KKETASTROPHE is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their destination country.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Address changes may only be requested within 1 hour of purchase. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee changes once your order has entered processing.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photographs of the package and garment.

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, KKETASTROPHE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
