At KKETASTROPHE, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with meticulous attention to detail. Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our designs, we do not offer refunds.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We want you to feel confident in your KKETASTROPHE piece. If you wish to request an exchange or store credit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@kketastrophe.com.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• Free from any alterations, damage, or signs of wear
• Returned with original packaging and tags

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:

• Customized or personalized pieces
• Altered garments
• Items that have been worn, damaged, or modified

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@kketastrophe.com with your order details and photographs of the item and packaging. Our team will review your request and assist accordingly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this timeframe, your piece will enter the creation process and cancellations or changes cannot be accepted.

Handcrafted Details

Due to the handcrafted nature of our designs, slight variations in embroidery, beadwork, and finishing details may occur. These unique characteristics are part of the artistry and craftsmanship of each KKETASTROPHE creation and are not considered defects.
